At the Rehab Health Centers, we are dedicated to serving the specialized healthcare needs of all individuals. Our comprehensive healthcare team includes certified athletic trainers, orthopedic sports medicine physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. With the latest in diagnostic and rehabilitative equipment, our goal is to return each individual to his or her fullest functioning level. Because we understand the factors that contribute to orthopedic injuries, we take an active role to reduce the likelihood that these occur.

We also offer comprehensive treatment through our Human Motion Institute focusing on bone, muscle and joint care. Our institute works with you to create a treatment program that helps return you to normal, healthy function.
