Work With a Health Expert

To help keep your fitness or training objectives aligned with your personal health needs, we offer an on-site Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). In addition to answering health and training-related questions, our trainer can also work with you to create a personalized fitness program or treat any minor injuries that might occur while working out at The Family Y.
