We are pleased to announce the implementation of our Allied Employee Recognition Program that will recognize full-time employees of Doctors Hospital for their performance, dedication and diligence in carrying out their duties and in advancing the goals and mission of the hospital.
The ROSE Award, short for Recognition of Service Excellence, celebrates unsung heroes who work tirelessly to provide the best possible service. The ROSE employee recognition program will identify employees who serve as models to the community for professional achievement and reinforce our hospital's commitment to recognizing outstanding performance. The ROSE award will be given quarterly to a non-nursing health professional or ancillary support employee who exemplifies extraordinary service in the performance of their job.
